Source: Indianapolis Journal 19 July 1901 buried Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis

Mrs. Sallie Seymour Frye Hildebrand died at her late residence, 330 North Capitol Avenue, yesterday afternoon at 4:30 from the effects of a lingering illness. She was fifty three years of age and her husband, C. S. Hildebrand, survives her.

Mrs. Hildebrand was born at Crawfordsville, Ind., where she resided until she was married to Mr. Hildebrand, thirty years ago. They came to Indianapolis to reside and have since made this city their home. Mrs. Hildebrand was one of the organizers of the Flower Mission in this city and has been identified with that charitable organization and other charitable work in the city for a number of years. She was a prominent member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.

Two sisters, Miss Lucy Frye, of Crawfordsville and Mrs. H. H. Boudinot, of Terre Haute, survive her. The funeral services will probably be held at the house tomorrow afternoon and the burial will be at Crown Hill.
